THANK YOU FOR AN INCREDIBLE DAY
The 2026 Women United Luncheon for Literacy has come and gone, and because of you, it was one for the books.
On March 19, nearly 200 community members gathered at Tri-County Technical College to celebrate the power of early literacy and the children and families at the heart of Preschool Pages. Together, you showed up- with your presence, your generosity, and your belief that every child in Pickens County deserves a strong start.
We are deeply grateful for every person who attended, every sponsor who invested in this mission, and every volunteer who made the day run beautifully. Your support is already making a difference for the toddlers and caregivers who walk through the doors of their future school for Preschool Pages sessions.
ABOUT PRESCHOOL PAGES
Proceeds from the Luncheon for Literacy benefit Preschool Pages, Women United’s signature early literacy program. Preschool Pages serves toddlers and their caregivers at elementary schools throughout Pickens County— providing books, stories, and hands-on learning experiences that lay the foundation for kindergarten readiness and lifelong success.
Every gift made at the luncheon goes directly toward putting books into the hands of children and equipping caregivers to read and engage with their little ones at home. A gift of $125 sponsors one child’s full year of Preschool Pages.
Your Support Still Matters
Missed the event? It’s not too late to be part of the story. Donations to Preschool Pages are welcome year-round, and every contribution helps us reach more children across Pickens County.
