United Way of Pickens County's Palmetto Society is a group of everyday leaders who are invested in our community’s success. With an annual gift of $1,000 or more, Palmetto Society members drive the important work of building a brighter future in Pickens County.
Leadership gifts play a critical role in the delivery of the important work of United Way and allow us to positively impact the community in our focus areas of Education, Financial Security, Mental Well-Being, and Community Resilience.
Becoming a Palmetto Society member is just one of the ways you can join with others to make life in Pickens County better for everyone. When you choose to give a leadership gift, you become part of a special group; a group that is taking the opportunity to make a real difference in a significant way.
Annual gifts of $1,000 or more, either individually or combined with your spouse, qualify you as a Palmetto Society member. Annual gifts of $10,000 or more qualify you to become part of the Tocqueville Society and receive national recognition. Gifts can be made by credit card, check, stock gifts or direct gifts from you IRA.
