United Way of Pickens County is pleased to announce the appointment of Jerri Davis as Director of Corporate Engagement. In this role, Jerri will build and strengthen relationships with corporate partners across Pickens County, support workplace campaigns, and help grow employee giving programs that connect businesses to the causes that matter most in our community.

Jerri brings a strong background in relationship management, donor engagement, and partnership development. Most recently, she served as a Donor Relations Manager with Clemson University, where she managed donor communications and philanthropic impact communications to deepen engagement and advance the university's mission.

Before that, Jerri served as a Director of Hospital Relations with The Blood Connection, where she oversaw partnerships with more than 100 hospitals across a four-state territory. Her work required building lasting relationships, coordinating complex operations, and supporting organizations dedicated to serving their communities.

"Jerri's experience speaks for itself, but what stands out most is her genuine commitment to people," said Julie Capaldi, President of United Way of Pickens County. "She understands that strong partnerships are built on trust, and that's exactly the foundation our work with corporate partners requires. We're glad she's joining our team."

In her new role, Jerri will manage corporate partner accounts, support workplace campaigns, and work to align the goals of local businesses with the needs of the Pickens County community, expanding the reach and impact of United Way's work in Education, Financial Security, Mental Well-Being, and Community Resilience.
