Free File Volunteers will begin the IRS certification process to volunteer at tax sites. During this session, volunteers will learn the following:
- Volunteer Standards of Conduct - Ethics Training
- Intake Interview & Quality Review Training
After instruction, volunteers will create their volunteer accounts and earn their first two certifications. If you are training to be an intake specialist, you will have all required certifications.
Volunteers will participate in an interactive training and have opportunities to ask questions and complete certification tests.
Please bring your own laptop if you have one.
