The caring power of Pickens County shows up in workplaces like yours. Your coworkers' generosity is what makes this work possible, and we cannot do it without you.

This toolkit gives you waht you need to run a successful giving campaign where you work. Thank you for leading it.

PLAN YOUR CAMPAIGN

The checklist walks you through the whole timeline, from two to three months out through wrap up. The ideas sheet covers what makes a campaign land: a small team so the work does not fall on one person, an incentive from your leadership, and a United Way staff member to speak at your kickoff.

TELL THE STORY

Before anyone gives, they want to know what their gift does. These reports show what your coworkers' gifts have already made possible in Pickens County. Pull a number, a photo, or a story from any of them for your kickoff.

YOUR COMPANY'S ONLINE PLEDGE PAGE

Your company has its own United Way pledge page, built just for your workplace. Your employees give there through payroll deduction, check, cash, or credit card..

Your link is unique to your company, so it is not listed here. Your United Way contact will send it to you before your kickoff. Save it somewhere easy to find, because you will paste it into every email, flyer, and reminder you send.

Lost your link? Email your United Way contact and we will resend it.

CHECKS AND CASH

Some employees will still hand you a check or cash, and some will want a paper form. Use these for both.
