What We Do

Free and Voluntary Home Visitation Services through Healthy Families and WINGS:

Home Visitation Services provide access to expert information to first time families.

Healthy Families includes weekly home visitation using the research-based Healthy Families America model, helping young mothers have a safe, healthy pregnancy and preparing for becoming a Mom.  Home visitors provide comprehensive support services that promote healthy lifestyles, both physically and mentally as well as financial independence through education and a living wage.  Helathy Families also provides families a better understanding of child development and using that understanding to better parent a healthy, thriving child.

WINGS is a program designed for women that provides one-on-one home visits to support women in overcoming obstacles, building healthy relationships, parenting effectively, building life skills and personal independence.  WINGS also provides guidance for child vicitims by working with groups of young children who have been removed from homes due to severe or repeated abuse or neglect.
